Terms of Sale

All quotations, budgets, and commercial proposals issued by COEP Enviro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. are subject to scope confirmation, technical review, and written acceptance. Prices, delivery timelines, and specifications may vary depending on project requirements and site conditions.

An order is considered confirmed only after written acceptance by both parties and completion of the applicable commercial formalities defined in the agreed proposal or purchase order.

Tank dimensions, materials, accessories, coatings, installation scope, and supporting services are governed by the final mutually approved technical documents and commercial proposal.

Delivery schedules are estimated in good faith and may be affected by approvals, logistics, force majeure events, site readiness, payment milestones, or customer-side dependencies.

Payment terms are governed by the final quotation, purchase order, proforma invoice, or signed commercial agreement. Delayed payments may affect dispatch schedules, installation mobilization, or warranty processing where applicable.

Taxes, duties, freight, unloading, civil works, statutory approvals, and site arrangements shall be treated according to the final agreed commercial scope.

Any warranty or performance commitment applies only as specifically stated in the final commercial and technical agreement. Warranty coverage may be subject to proper installation, operation, maintenance, water chemistry, and compliance with recommended use conditions.

COEP Enviro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from misuse, unauthorized modification, delayed third-party dependencies, or conditions outside the agreed scope.
